“No Work No Job No Money” is from Femi Kuti’s just released album, No Place For My Dream. The song brings to mind what would happen is you infused modern pop beats with an African influence. The lyrics discuss the people of Africa who are suffering while nothing is done about it. Appropriately, despite the pop feeling, the subject matter is taken seriously and it is clear Kuti wants this problem fixed.
